Chilean Company NotCo Creates Plant-Based Products Using AI

Ever heard of NotMilk? This plant-based milk alternative has been revolutionizing the vegan scene with its incredible taste, texture, and functionality. In fact, all of its features are remarkably similar to dairy milk! How did this company create such a spot-on product using only plants? Well, it’s all thanks to Giuseppe!

Giuseppe, essentially, is a robot that tastes plants and tells you which are the most similar to animal foods. Neat, right?! But, how exactly does this work? The Chilean brand has clarified that although the two have paired up for this joint venture, NotCo will remain independent. However, they will no doubt grow exponentially from this partnership, paving the path for a more sustainable food system.
