Is White Chocolate Vegan?

In the U.S., chocolate must contain a certain percentage of milk fat and milk solids to be considered ‘white’ chocolate. Therefore, in short, white chocolate is not vegan. However, that’s not to say there aren’t vegan-friendly white chocolate substitutes available on the market!
